It also includes the auxiliaries you need for fully automated small-scale chemistry.

Any system from ChemiSens can be adapted before delivery to fulfill most specific needs from the customer. Customer designed dosing systems, reactors in special alloys/materials and for higher pressure and auxiliary special sensors/transducers are just a few areas where ChemiSens make extensive commitments to support the customers needs.

ChemiSens reaction calorimeter systems are marketed and sold by well-trained and dedicated representatives.

1.Installation services
ChemiSens and/or its local representative will always support the customer with a two day training course at the customer’s site in connection with the instrument installation.

2. After sales support
ChemiSens guarantees that during a twelve-month period after installation, the customer will have free upgrade with all new software that are launched by ChemiSens for that particular system.

3. Customer training courses
ChemiSens offer special training courses in reaction calorimetry to support special needs from the customer.

4. Service support
ChemiSens and its local representative guarantee that the customer will be fully supported for routine instrument service as well as full fault finding support in the case of instrument malfunction.
