The ChemiSens Reaction Calorimeter System is designed to discover and examine different problems in process development. The systems are not only a sophisticated measuring devices but also offers all the capabilities you expect from “automated chemistry on a lab scale”. Virtually any dosing device or sensor can be included.
Control of the ChemiSens Reaction Calorimeter Systems are via a dedicated application of the user friendly Human Machine Interface “InTouch” (Wonderware, USA). The advanced, PC driven, software allows for manual as well as automatic experiments to be performed.

Each reaction calorimeter system from ChemiSens is composed of the reaction calorimeter together with the dosing controller and all necessary auxiliaries to meet the customers needs.

The control unit holds all basic calorimeter and process control functions. Each system has its own reactor and thermostatting unit while the dosing controller and most other auxiliaries are common for all ChemSens systems. The dosing controller enables the use of virtually any dosing device and the installation of additional sensors – pressure, temperature, voltage/current, pH, gas flow etc
